Drawings & Technical Review

Die Design & Tooling

Custom extrusion dies are developed based on your profile requirements. Typical die lead time is 7–12 days, depending on profile complexity. Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) feedback is provided during the review stage.

Extrusion Production

Available alloys include 6061, 6063, 6005A, and other extrusion grades. Production processes include extrusion, quenching, aging, straightening, cutting, machining, and surface finishing as required. Custom lengths are available according to project specifications.
